Join us for a welcoming and accessible meditation workshop designed especially for beginners. You’re free to attend a single session or participate in the full series. Discover the many benefits of meditation, including improved focus, reduced stress, and greater emotional well-being. No prior experience is needed—this is a supportive space to explore and learn at your own pace.
Each session introduces a different meditation approach, so every practice will feel unique and offer a new experience. Participants can expect guided meditations lasting between 15–25 minutes.
No materials are required—just bring yourself and an open mind as we take time to slow down and be mindful together.

Due to limited space, please register at least 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
