ThisÌý90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.ÌýPlease plan on attending both dates.

Session 1: Thursday, February 5 from 1:30 to 3:00PM

Session 2: Thursday, February 12 from 1:30 to 3:00PM
