Because the path from lab to market is iterative, non-linear, and requires different resources at different inflection points, the advice and coaching are tailored to each team based on their project’s current stage and specific needs.

After being accepted into the ±õ²Ô²Ô´Ç±¹³§²¹²Ô³Ùé program, each team will have an onboarding meeting with their assigned EiR and the ±õ²Ô²Ô´Ç±¹³§²¹²Ô³Ùé administrative team. Following are the steps each team will be taking with their assigned EiR throughout the program:

  1. Identify/assess project’s current Innovation Readiness Level* (IRL).
  2. Put in place a goals-based IRL road map
  3. Deploy program resources to achieve goals identified in the road map

The regular meetings with the EiRs (at least twice per month) will ensure progress and address any obstacles early on.
