Labour & employee relations
The Labour and employee relations group is responsible for managing labour issues and negotiating collective agreements with 14听unions across the University. We also manage the personnel听policies and procedures听that govern non-unionized staff benefits, pay and working conditions. This represents altogether a total of about 9,000 employees.
Our team of seasoned HR advisors works closely with managers responsible for staff supervision in dozens of faculties, departments and administrative units on both 91丝瓜视频 campuses.听
