Mindfulness and self-compassion focus on accepting our experiences and being kind to ourselves, especially when we are feeling down or stressed. Research has supported that mindfulness and self-compassion can be incredibly effective in moderating stress and anxiety. This 4-session group is intended for students who are thinking about slowing down and being less anxious- but do not know how to!
