This winter, stay active and keep moving at the 91丝瓜视频 Sports Complex. Join 91丝瓜视频 Recreation at either the 91丝瓜视频 Sports Complex (downtown Campus) or the Stewart Athletic Complex (Macdonald Campus) for ten weeks of aquatics, dance, fitness, martial arts, personal trainer-led and/or sports classes.

Join your fellow Desautels students for a 30鈥憁inute pause to reset with gentle, low鈥慽mpact stretches. Step away from your desk, stretch, and return feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to focus. This wellness break offers light movement to recharge your body and mind, helping you sustain energy for studies, projects, and everything in between.

No equipment, no change of clothes, just you.

No registration needed.

NOTE: This course will be held remotely. You will be provided information on how to attend once you register.
