Book confidential appointments with:

  • Access Advisors – receive guidance on what support best fits your needs and get referrals to appropriate care.

  • Counsellors – meet with mental health professionals for short-term counselling.

Explore guided practices, mindfulness tools, and self-reflection exercises you can do at your own pace through the Student Wellness Hub’s self-directed resources.

Caring for your mental health can include creativity, mindfulness, movement, connection with others or learning new skills. We offer a range of activities to help you recharge and find balance, such as:

  • Art Hive Open Studio sessions

  • Mindfulness and skill-building workshops

  • Mount Royal walks and other movement-based activities

  • Animal therapy visits
