Nathalie Tremblay, PhD

Nathalie Tremblay is co-founding partner of the International Health Consortium C4Care, dedicated to advanced prevention, early diagnostics, and personalized medicine, translating scientific excellence and cutting-edge innovation into impactful real-world implementation and patient-centered value. Recognized for her visionary and strategic leadership in Health and her expertise in assessing the value and impact of innovations. She holds a PhD in Management and Innovation Economics and an MBA in International Affairs and has over 35 years of experience in executive and governance roles. She also served as CEO of the Breast Cancer Foundation. She has chaired the Audit Committee of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé, sat on the Board of Directors of the McPeak Sirois Clinical Research Consortium, and served as Treasurer of the endowment fund of the OSM Foundation.
During her mandate on the Board of Directors of the Fonds de recherche du Québec, she further developed her expertise in public policy and research investment strategy. She specializes in implementation, Living Lab approach, and socio-economic evaluation methods, including Value-Based Health Care (VBHC). She advocates for a patient-centered health system where clinical, technological, and policy decisions are grounded in real-world impact, while promoting equitable access to prevention, cutting-edge innovation, and advanced personalized medicine.
Recognized for her ability to foster successful multi- and interdisciplinary collaborations, she has led major digital transformation initiatives in the health sector. Nathalie is a regular speaker in Canada and Europe on digital transformation, innovation assessment, real-world implementation, and the Living Lab approach.
