MdF will develop a recording protocol for specified quartets in terms of mics,  configuration (placement, height, distance of mics), software (ProTools vs Pyramix), 96k SR, 24-bit, idea of reference recording, information about the mix, specification of the rooms, multiple levels of microphones for close, medium and far from musicians for getting room effects as well
