Kristy Robinson and Bassam Khoury Appointed as New and Renewed William Dawson Scholars

The聽William聽Dawson Scholars聽award聽recognizes associate聽and聽assistant professors with demonstrated聽potential to become global leaders in their field.聽Among聽this year鈥檚聽11聽recipients is聽碍谤颈蝉迟测听搁辞产颈苍蝉辞苍,聽Associate聽Professor in the聽Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology.聽She has published 35 papers in prestigious journals and has聽secured over $860,000 in聽external聽funding.聽Notably, she was appointed聽Associate Editor at her field鈥檚 flagship journal聽(Journal of Educational Psychology)聽prior to聽tenure, a rare聽achievement.聽Her聽honours聽include the Canadian Psychological Association President鈥檚 New Researcher Award and two Early Career Scholar Awards from the American Educational Research Association, and she聽was named one of the most productive educational psychology scholars worldwide聽in two聽Educational Psychology Review聽articles.
