Professor Carabali is an assistant professor in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ. Dr. Carabali holds a medical degree from the Universidad Libre in Colombia and a Ph.D. in epidemiology from 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ and completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto. She joined 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ from the École de Santé Publique at Université de Montréal, where she was an assistant professor. She is a social and infectious diseases epidemiologist, and her current research focuses on assessing the effect of underreporting and misclassification of the outcome and socioeconomic exposures in infectious diseases; and the expansion of statistical methods for the study and understanding of intersectionality
