The Facility

The 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ NanotoolsÌýwas established in 2000 through a CFI grant and opened in 2003. From 2008 to 2024, ongoing investments from federal and provincial governments allowed staff to enhance services, equipment, and processes. Today, it is 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ's core facility for micro- and nano-research, supporting over 120 users and 100 projects annually.
