Expense reimbursements

For MPU faculty & students, reconciling of travel and other expenses is now completed by the individuals using a new process called "Workday Expenses".

In summary:

  • a completed travel summary may assist in preparing your documents before accessing the reimbursement platformÌý(Excel sheet),
  • all applicable receipts [please see here for claiming expenses for hotel alternatives, such as Airbnb or Vrbo],
  • .pdf of online credit card statement,
  • name of conference or purpose of visit if not a conference.
