Details of the clinical history are not available. As with specimen No 9, this specimen鈥檚 metal support is mounted to show the posterior aspect of the heart. However, in this case, the pericardial exudate is more evident here than anteriorly, so the mounting seems appropriate. The descriptive card reference to 鈥淩.J.B.B. Dem. I., 1881鈥� cannot be traced.
