This is a developing initiative which aims to build healthy training environments in the Faculty of Medicine & Health Science鈥檚 research labs.
This will align training environments with the faculty鈥檚 values and priorities - Altruism, Humanism, Collaboration, Creativity and Rigour - and build mutual respect and connectiveness in our communities.
The initiative will achieve these goals through:
- Communication and outreach
- Training and continuous improvement
- Academic affairs and reporting
- Amplifying聽and celebrating success
We invite researchers, trainees and administrators to share ideas and experiences for building healthy and respectful environments.
