Heritage

The Peter M. Laing Special Collections Room in the Nahum Gelber Law Library holds early Canadian, British and American titles; the John P. Humphrey United Nations Collection; as well as the Wainwright Special Collection of French Civil Law. The Wainwright collection was the personal library of French legal historian François Olivier-Martin. It was acquired by funds bequeathed by Prof. Arnold Wainwright, Q.C., who taught civil law at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ for over 25 years.
