The Desautels Faculty of Management is committed to fostering a more inclusive, forward-thinking and safe learning environment. As part of this commitment, we are launching Phase 1 of an initiative to support instructors in integrating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles into their courses and accessing relevant resources with greater ease.
This initial phase introduces a repository of practical resources designed to enrich course content, inclusive teaching practices, and encourage a more contemporary and experiential approach to management education. More resources and tools will be developed as this initiative progresses.
Your feedback and suggestions are essential to making this a success. We invite you to share additional cases, inclusive teaching strategies, or other ideas that could benefit the entire faculty. Together, we can create a richer learning environment for our students and equip them to become leaders who champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in their future organizations.
