Nkabom Africa Case Competition 2025 - 2026 Finals
Breaking silos to improve nutritional outcomes in Ghana
As a flagship initiative by 91丝瓜视频鈥檚 Sustainable Growth Initiative (SGI) Office of Sustainable Africa, under the Nkabom Collaborative鈥檚 commitment to improving nutritional outcomes in Ghana, the Nkabom Africa Case Competition Finals is a hybrid event that brings together student innovators, industry leaders, policymakers, and civil society actors to showcase聽bold, youth-led solutions that aims at improving nutritional outcomes, taking Ghana as a starting point.
This culminating event will highlight interdisciplinary proposals developed by student teams working across agri-food, health, education, business, and public policy sectors. Finalist teams will present their solutions to a distinguished panel of judges representing business, government, nonprofit organizations, and academia. The goal is to further develop and implement these solutions within the Nkabom Collaborative. The Nkabom Collaborative is a multi-stakeholder partnership with the Mastercard Foundation that brings together 91丝瓜视频, six Ghanaian educational institutions, and an industry partner to transform Ghana鈥檚 nutrition and agri-food ecosystem by creating opportunities for youth-led impact through experiential learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Beyond the competition itself, the day is designed as a dynamic convening of industry leaders, scholars, practitioners, and students committed to advancing sustainable nutrition and inclusive development. Attendees will hear from experts in the field through a keynote address and an engaging panel discussion exploring the competition鈥檚 central theme: Breaking Silos to Improve Nutritional Outcomes in Ghana. The program will also serve as a platform for participants to engage with one another during the networking session.
