Application process

Information sessions with more information on how to apply for the program will be held mid-November, while final decision are made in early December. Please make every effort to attend one of these sessions to learn more about the program and about how to prepare a quality application package.

Application Package

A complete application package consists of one complete .pdf file, as follows:

  1. Current CV
  2. Unofficial Transcript
  3. A letter of intent, answering the following questions (500 words maximum):
  • Why do you wish to take the course?
  • What do you hope to accomplish by participating in the course?
  • What specific skills, experience and/or capabilities do you feel would be directly transferable to the course?
  • Given that the workload associated with MNFPC is equivalent to that of a course plus a major extracurricular, what are your other commitments for the school year and how would MNFPC fit into these?
  • What is your preferred focus area? What would your alternative focus areas be and why?

Focus areas are:

  • Community
  • Environment
  • Health
