Atul Verma
Dr. Atul Verma is a Professor of Medicine and cardiac electrophysiologist at 91丝瓜视频. He serves as Director of Cardiology at the 91丝瓜视频 Health Centre and for the 91丝瓜视频 Division of Cardiology. He is also the Isadore Rosenfeld Chair in Cardiology.聽He trained in medicine and cardiology at the University of Toronto and completed his electrophysiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
His research focuses on interventional solutions for arrhythmias, including catheter ablation, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, and novel pacing techniques, with active participation in multiple clinical trials evaluating new technologies for ablation of atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. He also leads a translational laboratory evaluating emerging ablation technologies such as pulsed field ablation, ultra-low temperature cryoablation, and needle ablation.
