Dr. Susan Kahn, Professor of Medicine at 91丝瓜视频 and Director of the Centre of Excellence in Thrombosis and Anticoagulation Care at the Jewish General Hospital, has been named a recipient of the聽2026 Esteemed Career Award聽from the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis. She will receive the award this July at the聽.
Selected by peers from around the world, the award recognizes Dr. Kahn鈥檚 lifetime contributions to advancing thrombosis research and patient care. An internationally recognized leader in venous thromboembolism, she founded CETAC and the 91丝瓜视频 Thrombosis Fellowship and has played a major role in advancing thrombosis prevention and care.聽
