Immediate help
Our case managers support students facing challenges—big or small—and connect them with resources at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ and in the community.
Student conduct
We manage the Code of Student Conduct and handle reports of non-academic misconduct.
Crisis support
We offer expert advice on crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
Community support
Our Student Affairs Liaisons provide support to 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Jewish and Muslim communities.
Policy guidance
We advise students and faculty on how to apply 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ’s policies equitably.
Awards
We oversee the Rhodes and Forces AVENIR scholarships and two awards for staff and faculty.

Applications for the Rhodes entering Class of 2027 will open in mid-2026.
Confidentiality
The Office of the Dean of Students (ODoS) upholds Quebec privacy legislation, which does not permit any information about a student to be released to any third party without the student’s prior written consent. This includes instructors, members of a student’s family, and friends. Some emergencies may give rise to exceptions under provincial law. In this case, an emergency is defined as a situation in which a student’s health or well-being is seriously at risk.
