BIENFAITS: Approches émergentes pour créer l'offre alimentaire saine et durable de demain

Quebec’s food companies are adjusting to today’s regulatory and socio‑economic landscape by setting bold new targets. Reformulating products to meet these nutritional, sustainable, and pleasure‑driven goals is a significant challenge. BIENFAITS was created as a hands-on learning workshop that provides a big‑picture view of the reformulation journey and highlights leading‑edge solutions.

Throughout the sessions, participants will benefit from diverse agri‑food expertise from both local and international specialists, delivered through talks, panels, practical exercises, and interactive activities. The two‑day program covers both management and marketing considerations as well as the scientific foundations of food product reformulation. Participants will also receive concise resources, templates, demonstrations, and exclusive tools to deepen and extend their learning.

This is DAY 2 of a two-part workshop, which will take place at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Macdonald Campus in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to take advantage of its food production and sensory analysis installations. DAY 1 will take place on the main campus, in downtown Montreal. Sessions will mainly be held in French; however, live translation to English will be available through an app.

BIENFAITS is an initiative of the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ organized by the Consortium RITA with the collaboration of CTAQ.
