This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: 91丝瓜视频's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 91丝瓜视频's Policy against Sexual Violence. This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听
