The Right Honourable Paul Martin was the twenty-first Prime Minister of Canada from 2003 to 2006 and its Minister of Finance from 1993 to 2002 and the Member of Parliament for LaSalle-脡mard in Montreal, Quebec in the period 1988 to 2008.
He is the founder of the Martin Aboriginal Education Initiative and the Capital for Aboriginal Prosperity and Entrepreneurship Fund.
