market access, sales and digital marketing poster for Nkabom collaborative

Ghana’s marketplace is being reshaped by rising internet penetration, smartphone use, and mobile money, which are driving strong growth in e‑commerce and social commerce, especially among urban youth. At the same time, small and youth-led businesses struggle with market access, weak networks, and low business survival despite high entrepreneurial activity. This 2‑day intensive training, organised by the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), will help participants move beyond ad‑hoc selling into structured, digitally enabled sales and marketing strategies that respond to both global shifts and local consumer behaviour.

By the end of the two days, participants will understand how to leverage digital tools intelligently, build stronger customer relationships, and create more resilient, market-ready businesses that can compete within Ghana and beyond.
