Update (April 13, 2026): This issue is now resolved.

Original announcement (published Friday, April 10, 2026): 91˿��Ƶ websites are loading very slowly for users off campus due to a technical issue. 91˿��Ƶ users are advised to use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) until this is resolved.

What this means for current 91˿��Ƶ app users:

As of May 4, 2026, the 91˿��Ƶ mobile app will no longer be updated or available to download.
If you currently use the app, please uninstall it from your device(s) before May 4, 2026.

91˿��Ƶ services currently accessed through the app will continue to be available through 91˿��Ƶ’s web-based platforms.

The REDCap system (Administration & Research) is now back online and fully operational.

The necessary updates and security measures have been completed, and service has been restored. We continue to monitor the system to ensure stability and security.
