Speaker: Dr. Chelsia Gillis

Chelsia Gillis, PhD, RD, CNSC, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Human Nutrition at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ and an Associate Member in the Departments of Surgery and Anesthesia. She holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Perioperative Nutrition and serves as Director of Medical Research at the PeriOperative Program at the Montreal General Hospital. Dr. Gillis is a Registered Dietician and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, with an MSc in Human Nutrition from 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ and a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Calgary.
