New in 2025, we've reimagined social spaces such as our new C4 Lounge,听 and听 improved wellness facilities located on the 2nd floor of the residence.听 Our goal is to create vibrant, inclusive areas that meet the evolving needs of our students and help them feel at home on campus.
C4 Lounge
A new student lounge caf茅听opened in the Fall 2025 offering students a relaxed, informal setting to grab a quick bite, study with friends or unwind between classes.听Open to all students on the All-You-Care-To-Eat Meal Plan, the new space prioritizes environments that foster community and student well-being.
The menu includes daily stews, a fresh salad bar, Fair Trade specialty coffee, popcorn, slushies, and other popular seasonal snacks. The offerings reflect a growing trend in campus dining that caters to students who are looking for more than just structured mealtimes.
Fitness Room
This new Fitness Room opened in September 2025 and was made possible through the close collaboration and partnership of the 91丝瓜视频 Athletics and Recreation team. You'll find a newly transformed space, equipped with yoga mats, resistance bands, and blocks for yoga, stretching and mindful movements.

Laundry Room
To better serve the students of CS, a brand new laundry room has been added to the third floor adding 7 washers and 7 dryers. The building already has laundry rooms are on every other floor, but this one allows you to do a quick load while enjoying the other third floor amenities such as the gym and common room.听

- Modern dormitory style housing with private bathrooms and queen size beds. Common rooms include TV lounges, study room and gym.

- On-site laundry facilities included in the rent. The use of washers and dryers in the residence buildings are available 24/7 at no additional charge.
