 ing keynote address by Aengus Bridgman\, Director of the Media Ecosystem O
 bservatory\, Director of the Canadian Digital Media Research Network\, and
  Assistant Professor (Research) at 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ's Max Bell School of 
 Public Policy. The keynote lecture will focus on strengthening public heal
