 llow participants to brainstorm barriers faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ employees\, 
 then develop a “change one thing” action plan to take back to their units\
 , teams\, departments\, or faculties.\n\nBy attending this workshop\, part
 icipants will be better able to:\n\n\n	Recognize stereotypes and systemic b
 arriers faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workplace\n	Create strategi
 es that remove barriers for 2S/LGBTQIA+ employees\n	Apply concrete actions 
 to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive of 2S/LGBTQIA+ peopl
 e\n\n\nPrerequisites: Participants who register for this workshop are expe
 cted to have a general understanding of 2S/LGBTQIA+ terminology and concep
 ts. Before attending\, registrants are strongly encouraged to watch Unders
 tanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees\, a 35-minute video-based course a
