They will discuss their own profess ional paths and offer different career-development perspectives on precisi on health and medicine. The presentations will be followed by Q&A and netw orking sessions with the guest speaker(s).\n\nSeminar 2—December 8\, 2022 \n\nSpeakers: \n Touhid Rashid Opu—Senior Manager\, Personalize my Treatmen t Initiative\, Exactis Innovation\n Ruth Sapir Pitchhadze—Associate Profess or in the Department of Medicine\, 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ\n Noam Ship—Medical Ad visor for Mental Health at Boehringer Ingelheim\, Canada\n\nThe presentati on will:\n\n\n Summarize the defining characteristics of precision medicine \, including how it facilitates new health solutions.\n Identify the range of tools and methods applied in developing precision-medicine solutions.\n Evaluate the different applications of precision medicine.\n Indicate the d ifferent roles that exist to support the development of precision-medicine solutions (i.e.\, show how individuals with different backgrounds—enginee ring\, computer science\, biomedical science\, psychology\, etc.—can find jobs in the field).\n  \n\n\nRegister Now\n\n \n\n\n \n \n\n \n Speakers\n\n Dr. Ruth Sapir-Pichhadze\n \n Dr. Sapir-Pichhadze is a clinician scientist and transplant nephrologist at the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Health Centre.
