Our fave baristas will delight you with a selection  of specialty coffees\, teas and viennoiseries (one per person). \n Photobo oth: Gather your team and your work pals for a keepsake snap commemorating the day. \n Therapy dogs (10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.): 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Student Wellness Hub Animal Therapy (SWHAT) will be on hand with Nellie (female Lab) and N itro (male Lab) for some doggie snuggles. \n Gentle yoga (11:00 – 11:30 a.m .): Our Academic Affairs colleague and 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ Athletics yoga instructor Li li Ospina will lead a Gentle Yoga Session\, a mixture of standing poses an d seated poses on a chair\, ending with a guided meditation (more details below). \n \n Registration is closed for this session\, as maximum capacity (30 people) has been reached. Thank you for your understanding. \n \n \n Medi tation/wellness activity (9:30-10:15 a.m.): Join us for a guided breathing  and meditation session led by Johanne Houle\, Director\, 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµÂ Organizat ional Development. \n \n Registration is closed for this session\, as maximu m capacity (40 people) has been reached. Thank you for your understanding. \n \n \n Energy bar workshop (9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.): Our colleagues at the Sch ool of Nutrition will show you how to make a nutritious and protein-packed energy snack (Tiramisu energy-protein balls).\n \n Registration is closed f or this session\, as maximum capacity (70 people) has been reached. As a staff member within the Faculty of Medi cine and Health Sciences\, Lili helps advance the collective vision—togeth er for better health. Drawing on her passion for holistic well-being\, Lil i believes that incorporating simple wellness strategies into our daily ro utine can enrich our lives and enhance our human experience. \n\nDescripti on: Join us for this Gentle Yoga Session to learn the foundational princip les of mindful movement. In the midst of demanding schedules and fast-pace d environments\, true wellness begins with intentional pauses that honor t he body's innate need for recovery.
