 ecutive Vice President Operations\; and President\, Cheese Division (USA).
  In 2004\, he was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executi
 ve Officer and in 2011\, he was elected to the position of Vice Chairman o
 f the Board.\nSaputo has truly evolved since its founding in 1954. Today\,
  Lino A. Saputo\, Jr. oversees this prosperous Québec-based company compri
 sed of 12\,000 employees within 53 plants worldwide. Saputo is one of the 
 top ten dairy processors in the world\, the largest in Canada\, the third 
 largest in Argentina\, among the top threecheese producers in the United S
 tates\, and serves customers in over 40 countries.\nKnown for their commun
 ity involvement\, Lino A. Saputo\, Jr. and his family support multiple org
 anizations. They also contribute to various projects and initiatives. More
 over\, their commitment to sports\, specically soccer\, is noteworthy. Lin
 o A. Saputo\, Jr. sits on the Board of Directors of Transcontinental Inc. 
 and acts as a member of their Human Resources and Compensation Committee. 
 In addition\, he was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Nat
 ional Bank of Canada and is a member of their Human Resources Committee.\n
