 Social Policy of 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ welcome Professor Katharine Young\, Bos
 ton College Law School\, to discuss the right to health and its limits. Th
 is event is a follow-up to last term's Health Rights: Individual\, Collect
 ive\, and 'National' conference\, which analyzed the relationship between 
 individual and collective rights to health and/or health care in law and m
 orality.\n\nKatharine Young is an Associate Professor of Law at Boston Col
 lege Law School\, Massachusetts\, USA. Her scholarship focuses on comparat
 ive constitutional law\, economic and social rights\, constitutional theor
 y and positive state obligations\, international human rights law\, and pu
 blic law and gender. Professor Young’s monograph\, Constituting Economic a
 nd Social Rights (Oxford University Press\, 2012)\, is published in the Ox
 ford Constitutional Theory series\, and she has co-edited The Public Law o
 f Gender (Cambridge University Press\, 2016). \n\n \n\n \n\n \n
