Her current research project f ocuses on the intersections among law\, politics\, economics\, ethics\, an d science as these social systems are brought to bear on problems of envir onmental degradation. One facet of this research addresses the increased i mportance of transnational law\, paying particular attention to the role o f non-state actors in transnational space.\n\nAbout the Civil Law Workshop s\n\nIn order to promote fundamental research in private law\, the Paul-An dré Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law initiated the “Civil La w Workshops” series\, bringing together jurists from Québec and beyond to work on related research topics.
