The aim of this bilingual\, student-led in itiative is to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on issues that lie at the intersection of health and law. Students and professionals from all field s are welcome to attend.\n \n The Colloquium’s discussion will be divided in to two panels. The first panel will provide an overview of the challenges in access to care faced by marginalized groups and will engage in a discus sion on the lack of protection offered by the law for the reception of ser vices. The second will focus more specifically on the path towards the ent renchment of the right to health in the Constitution of Canada.\n\nAlthoug h the question has been previously discussed by numerous scholars\, recent developments in health policy\, such as discussions on the introduction o f PharmaCare have reignited this constitutional debate.\n \n This year’s lis t of speakers includes legal experts\, medical professionals\, and academi cs from across the country. \n \n Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
