  proud to present a panel discussion on decriminalizing HIV non-disclosure
  in Canada.\n\nPanelists from various backgrounds will introduce the state
  of criminalization of HIV non-disclosure in Canada and discuss the avenue
 s of decriminalization\, the challenges and benefits of these avenues\, an
 d the effects of potential changes to marginalized groups.\n\nAmong our pa
 nelists are Alexander McClelland\, who is pursuing a PhD from Concordia Un
 iversity and researches the intersection of life\, law\, and disease\; Flo
 rence Paré\, who is a graduate law student\, transgender advocate\, and re
 searcher\; and Jeansil Byère\, who is a law graduate and the Executive Dir
 ector of AIDS Community Care Montréal.\n\nSnacks will be served following 
 the panel. Space is limited: We ask participants to RSVP.\n\nA request for
  accreditation by a recognized provider for 2 hours of continuing legal ed
