This colloquium will build on the success of the JSDLP Volume 9:2 Special Issue on Polar Law. The purpose of the coll oquium is to build a dialogue about legal issues in the Arctic between law yers\, academics\, government representatives and students. Arctic law i s a topic of critical and increasing importance. In particular\, changes in the Arctic environment give rise to int eresting legal questions about (a) offshore resource development\; (b) in ternational governance. These are the two themes of the colloquium. ONLIN E REGISTRATION: Inscriptions en ligne: http://bit.ly/19tuG2i  Same day reg istration will be between 9:30 and 10:00.
