 Fayyaz Baqir has just completed a stay as visiting scholar on Gender\, Sta
 te and Civil Society Relations at the Department of Cultural Sciences of t
 he Gothenburg University\, Sweden.\n\nHis practice and academic interests 
 include participatory development\, human rights\, aid effectiveness\, pov
 erty alleviation\, and social accountability. He is currently serving as a
 n O’Brien Fellow in Residence at the Centre for Human Rights and Legal Plu
 ralism until December 2017.\n
