Professor Herschel Edward Reilley (1879-1945) taught in 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Physics Department, pioneered the study of noise pollution, and was Chairman of the Noise Abatement Committee of the City Improvement League.

Professor Jarrett Rudy is President of the James 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ Society, and teaches Quebec social history in 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Department. of History and Classical Studies. Among his publications is: The Freedom to Smoke: Tobacco Consumption and Identity (91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ-Queen’s Press).
