Audio, video, computer and projection equipment is available for loan.

Who can use it

91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ faculty, staff, and currently registered students can borrow or rent equipment for 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ related and non-commercial purposes.


How to request & access the service

Reserve the equipment at least two business days in advance using the form. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the Macdonald campus: a technician will reach out to you after receiving your request to book an appointment. Please, do not go to the Equipment loan office without an appointment as technicians are often on the go across campus.

Your 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ ID card is required. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of equipment you borrow.

Downtown campus - Equipment Loans
680 Sherbrooke West, Room 284 (second floor, turn right before the elevators)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:15 pm to 4:30 pm.

Macdonald campus - Equipment Loans
Pick-up your equipment (By appointment only): Laird Hall, Room LH-199A
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon) and 2pm to 4pm.

Cost

Equipment is provided free of charge, however repair or replacement costs will be charged for damaged equipment or missing items. Late equipment returns will be recorded and repeated incidences will affect your ability to borrow equipment in the future.
