Banner and related information systems
Update:听Starting March 2026听Banner INB (Internet Native Banner) forms听will be updated to听Banner Admin Pages, the latest version of Banner's administrative interface. Both systems will be available during this transition. INB form users will be contacted when their individual forms are scheduled for upgrade.听狈辞迟别:听Please bookmark and check this page on a regular basis for updates moving forward.
Banner is an Oracle鈩� enterprise database used by 91丝瓜视频 to store all student and financial data. While the database itself is called Banner, there are several user interfaces and systems that access this data:
- Banner INB (Internet Native Banner)听- is a web-based interface used by administrative staff to perform the tasks for which they are responsible.听It is not used by students or instructors.
- Banner Admin Pages听- is a browser based interface听used by administrative staff to perform the tasks for which they are responsible. It will replace the existing INB (Internet Native Banner) forms.听It is not used by students or instructors.
- Minerva听- a web interface used by students, faculty, and administrative staff, for both self-service and administrative tasks.
- Data Warehouse (DWH)听- a snapshot of data from Banner that is used for reporting purposes. It听is refreshed on a nightly basis
- ApplicationXtender听-听is a desktop and a web application that is used for viewing, scanning and indexing documents and it integrates with Banner.
听 To access Banner remotely (off-campus), you must first set up a VPN connection. When using VPN, be mindful to disconnect when done, as the availability of connections is limited.
