ANALI MANESHI, MDCM, FRCPC (EM), MEd, MSc, is the Assistant Dean of Resident Affairs and Co-Director of the Office of Medical Learner Affairs at the 91丝瓜视频 Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Royal College Emergency Medicine (FRCP EM) Curriculum Committee. Clinically, she is an Attending Emergency Physician at the CIUSSS de l鈥橭uest-de-l鈥櫭巐e-de-Montr茅al, practicing at St. Mary鈥檚 and Lakeshore General Hospitals, and an Associate Physician in the Emergency Department at the Montreal Children鈥檚 Hospital (MUHC). She previously served as Site Chief Resident at the Montreal General Hospital and Vice-President of Wellness for the Association of 91丝瓜视频 Residents.
Dr. Maneshi鈥檚 scholarly activities focus on health sciences education. Her research evaluates daily feedback dynamics in the emergency department (ED) from resident and staff perspectives, the hidden curriculum, and safe, inclusive learning environments. Her academic work includes publications on ED feedback barriers and enablers in the Canadian Journal of Emergency Medicine (CJEM) alongside national and international conference presentations on optimizing workplace learning.
Dr. Maneshi is actively engaged across the medical education spectrum. As a 91丝瓜视频 Osler Fellow, she mentors first-year medical students in the Physicianship Apprenticeship course and coaches residents in clinical simulation sessions. She also serves as an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) instructor, combining clinical education with her leadership in postgraduate wellness policies.
