 ies\, and change the world! Create a cellphilm!\n\nAs the world twists and
  turns\, the 10th edition of the 91Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ International Cellphilm Festival i
 nvites you to look through the critical lens of cellphilm (cellphone + vid
 eo) production. To produce a cellphilm use your cellphone creatively to cr
 aft a short film on re-imaginings. How can we confront issues of gender in
 equality? How can we challenge structural racism? How can cellphilming be 
 an activist tool?\n\nWe invite cellphilm submissions of up to 2 minutes in
  length.\n\nSubmit your cellphilm by May 20\, 2022.\n\nSubmit your cellphi
 lm\n\nSubmission Guidelines\n\n\n	Upload your 30 to 120 second (up to 2 min
 utes) cellphilms to YouTube (don’t forget to make it Public)\n	Fill out the
  Online Submission Form and press Submit button.\n	Check your email inbox t
 o make sure you have received the confirmation letter from us.\n	Mark June 
 15th\, 2022\, on your calendar to join us for the virtual cellphilm festiv
 al\n\n\nNote: All submissions must be filmed using a mobile device\, altho
 ugh other technologies can be used for editing if required. We also welcom
 e entries that follow a ‘one-shot’ or ‘no editing required’ process. All a
 ges and any genre or form are welcome!\n\nPrizes\n\n\n	Generously supported
  by CODE & Participatory Cultures Lab.\n	This year we have $5\,000 in prize
 s for both individual and group submissions! We particularly encourage gro
 up submissions where your community addresses social change\, whether conn
 ected remotely through online line groups or gathered together in the same
