This matter has been in arbitration for some time. However, the parties agreed to replace the recently scheduled hearing days with negotiation sessions, with the aim of achieving as much convergence as possible before the arbitration phase resumes, during which the arbitrator will be called upon to determine the remaining outstanding items.

The most recent meeting took place on April 22, during which the parties reached agreement on an additional issue. Another negotiation meeting is scheduled to take place on April 29. The arbitration dates agreed upon by the arbitrator and the parties are May 13, August 26, November 11, and December 8 and 15.
