 ulty Club. PERL is an interdisciplinary\, practice-oriented research and l
 eadership lab that brings together science\, leadership\, and convening to
  help societies\, governments\, and organizations better prepare for and r
 espond to health crises.\n\nOur mission is to strengthen global and local 
 readiness for health crises by advancing actionable research\, promoting c
 risis-ready leadership\, and building collaborative links across disciplin
 es\, sectors\, and borders.\n\nPERL is built on three core pillars:\n\n\n	S
 cience & Evidence: Research across five streams: pandemic prevention and r
 isk anticipation\; governance and crisis infrastructure\; data and systems
  innovation\; equity and community resilience\; trust\, communication\, an
 d crisis leadership.\n	Leadership & Learning: Identifying learning and lead
 ership opportunities including the development of a new Pandemic Fellows P
 rogram to equip the next generation of crisis leaders.\n	Convening & Collab
 oration: Hosting convenings\, seminar series\, and high-level dialogues co
 nnecting Canadian and global leaders on health emergencies.\n\n\nAt the la
