  Xiaodan He\, Montréal\, Ma Belle follows Feng Xia\, a 53-year-old Chinese
  immigrant & mother in Montreal who decides\, for the first time\, to purs
 ue a romantic relationship with a young Québécoise woman named Camille. As
  Xia’s journey of forbidden love and long-overdue self-discovery is deeply
  complicated by existing family obligations to family & children\, the fil
 m portrays an intimate narrative of desire\, responsibility\, migration\, 
 and emotional constraint – highlighting the often-unspoken tensions faced 
 by immigrant women navigating cultural expectations\, family roles\, and p
