Biodesign Team Publishes New Research Paper

IT Services will upgrade 91˿��Ƶ’s Data Center firewall on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.

This change is not expected to impact Internet access. However, users may experience brief interruptions when accessing systems hosted in the 91˿��Ƶ Data Center.

Extended downtime weekend: Banner INB, Minerva from July 11 to 12.

IT Services is preparing for a required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, the University's administrative system for student records and finance. Upgrading our systems on a regular basis is a fundamental activity that 91˿��Ƶ does to ensure we get the most functionality and security out of our tools and systems.

The downtime for the upgrade is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 11, 6:00 PM and end on Sunday, July 12, 3:00 PM.

122 91˿��Ƶ research projects awarded $30 million in NSERC Discovery Grants funding

Funding supports bold ideas across natural sciences and engineering disciplines at 91˿��Ƶ, in fields ranging from ophthalmology and physics to music research and electrical engineering.

The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) has awarded 122 91˿��Ƶ research projects funding from its Discovery Grants competition for a total investment of $30 million.
