Save the date for the 7th edition of the 91丝瓜视频-BSRM Retail Innovation Challenge
Real-world challenges faced by the tourism and recreational retail聽sector
The Bensadoun School of Retail Management at 91丝瓜视频 is excited to invite university students across Canada to participate in the Fall 2026聽Retail Innovation Challenge (RIC), powered by the SAQ.
This challenge presents a unique experiential learning opportunity to mobilize the knowledge and creativity of university students and embolden them to generate actionable solutions to help Quebec SMEs succeed in the new realities of retail.
The challenge runs from October 6 to 31, 2026, culminating in the final weekend of October聽29-31.
Registration closes Friday, September 25.

Thursday, October 29 (evening) and Friday, October 30 (morning)
In-person activities for teams - full schedule to be shared with participants
Saturday, October 31 All times Eastern
- 10:00 a.m. - Deadline for finalist teams to submit their presentations
- 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. - Finalist presentations before an independent jury and announcement of the winners
- 4:30聽- 5:00 p.m. - Closing ceremony and awards
- 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. - Closing cocktail for attendees
